Why are my videos stuttering or the connection dropping?

Content filters, firewalls, and network connections can all impact connectivity. ITC is a hosted solution, and unrestricted access from the school's computers to our servers in the cloud is crucial. Nola recommends that these IPs have unrestricted access on your network:
